  • Do not replace professional judgment or statutory review
Liability Limitation
Nexus Global Healthcare Consulting shall not be held liable for:

  • Accreditation results, penalties, or certification outcomes.
  • Operational, financial, or legal consequences arising from implementation decisions.
  • Any revenue improvement, cost savings, efficiency gains, or performance outcomes discussed are estimates only and not guaranteed.
  • In any event, the total cumulative liability of Nexus Global Healthcare Consulting, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, shall be strictly limited to the twenty five percent of fees actually paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
